My favorite words to describe our school community are inclusive and non-judgmental. We don’t presuppose the individual, and we celebrate the unique personalities, passions, opinions and fundamental personhood of each member of our community — students, teachers, administrators, parents and guardians alike. In a word, each of us has the space to be comfortable in our own skin…
